Gift Voucher & Special Offer Terms and Conditions
1. Term: Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date they were issued. Special offers have a defined period in which they must be used which varies from offer to offer. This period is contained on the offer itself.
2. Gift vouchers and special offers cannot be exchanged for cash
3. All gift vouchers and special offers have a unique barcode and can only be redeemed once by the holder of them
4. The special offer we provide to you is only redeemable in respect of the goods as advertised in the specific special offer on our website
5. Special offers can’t be combined with other offers or promotions unless specified by Little Jimmy
6. Gift vouchers and special offers are your sole responsibility. Little Jimmy will not be responsible for damaged, lost or stolen gift vouchers and special offers
7. All purchases of gift vouchers and special offers are billed in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST
8. Gift vouchers and special offers and not permitted for public resale but can be gifted by the purchasers to another person. However if there is a problem redeeming it then the purchaser will be the only ones eligible to claim a refund.9. Special offers may have conditions specific to the offer. These will be printed on the special offer itself.
