Cancellation / Booking Amendment Terms and Conditions
·If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours prior to your booking time, then you may* be charged $50 per person.
·If you arrive with less than the confirmed number of guests without informing us 24 hours prior to your booking then you may* be charged $50 per non-attending guest.
·If you do not arrive for your booking, you will be charged a $50 per person no-show fee.
* We appreciate there can be situations out of your control that may prevent you from being able to inform us of changes 24 hours prior to your booking. Therefore, please call us on 909 7215 to discuss any cancellation or amendment to your party numbers within our 24 hour cancellation/booking amendment period.
